Disposal of Access Underwriting Agencies Ltd ("AUA")

Further to the related announcement on the 18th July, the Board of Jelf Group plc yesterday completed its disposal of the existing book of business of AUA, including the database of supporting retail brokers, to Higos Insurance Services Limited, a specialist wholesale broking business.
