Board Changes

The Board of Jelf Group Plc, an established corporate intermediary based in the South of England and Wales offering a range of corporate services principally in the areas of commercial insurance, healthcare and financial services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Alex Rowe to its Board as a non-executive director. Alex will take a position on the Group's Audit, Remuneration and Solvency Committees.
In addition, Alex will take responsibility for representing the Group's clients at Board level, thus supporting the Group's client centric approach in line with the FSA 'Treating Customers Fairly' initiative
The appointment, subject to FSA approval, will be effective from 16 October 2006.
Alex Rowe (46) has more than 20 years experience in commerce, with the last 15 years acting in the capacity of Joint Managing Director of CLS Group, a major business in the South West region, before its sale to a multi-national competitor in 2006.
Commenting on his appointment, Chris Jelf, Jelf's Chairman said: "We are delighted that Alex is joining the Jelf Group Board at this important stage of the Group's development. He brings with him a wealth of experience of operating in a sector that is rapidly consolidating and is an outstanding figure in the business community in the Group's heartland - the South of England. He will be an important member of the team driving the Group's growth both organically and through acquisition."

There is no further disclosure required pursuant to schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
Following today's announcement, Jelf Group Plc has five executive directors and two non-executive directors. Jelf Group Plc shares listed on the Alternative Investment Market on 21 October 2004.
