The Board of Jelf Group plc ('Company') announces that Michael King, Executive
Director, yesterday purchased 520 ordinary shares in the Company at 185p per
share. Following his purchase he now holds 2,945,803 shares representing 12.1%
of the issued share capital of the Company.
