The Group announces the following changes to the Plc board (the "Board").
Peter Elliott - Corporate Director
Peter Elliott is to resign from the Plc board for personal reasons. The resignation will be effective from June 2006. He is still committed to the future success of the Group and will retain all other existing Director responsibilities. The Board wishes to express its thanks to Peter for his support and efforts shown during his time at the Group to date.
Phil Barton - Group Commercial Director
Philip Andrew Barton BSc & MBA, aged 43, who joined the Group in 2003 is to be promoted to the Plc Board with effect from June 2006. Previously with Axa as sales director for IFA distribution he has over 20 years sector experience. Phil is currently a director of Safelok Components Limited and Athenian Consulting Limited.
There is no further disclosure required pursuant to schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
