The Board of Jelf Group plc announces that Michael King, Executive Director, yesterday sold 300,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 241p per share.
Following this sale, Michael King is now interested in 2,530,008 ordinary shares representing 10.29% of the Company's total issued share capital.
