On 9 August 2007, the Company was notified, pursuant to TR-1 Notification of Major Interests in Shares, that Aviva plc is interested in 1,250,000 Ordinary shares on behalf of BNY Norwich Union Nominees Limited. Subsequent to the shares issued on 8 August 2007, this represents 4.89% of the Company's issued share capital. All of the Ordinary Shares carry direct voting rights.
