Issue of Equity

Jelf announces that the Group has issued 5,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each pursuant to the exercise of options at £0.96 pence per share. An application has been made for these shares to be admitted to trading.
Admission of these shares is expected to take place on 12 July 2007. As a result the Company now has 24,601,074 ordinary shares in issue.
