
Change of AGM Date

Due to a delay in the posting to shareholders of the Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2006, the directors of Jelf Group plc have decided to cancel the annual general meeting of the Company convened for Tuesday 20th March 2007 in order to allow shareholders the requisite period to consider the Report and Accounts. A new annual general meeting of the Company has been convened and will be held at 2.00 pm on Tuesday 17 April 2007 at The Hilton Bristol Hotel, Woodlands Lane, Bradley Stoke, Bristol BS32 4JF. The Company apologises for any inconvenience caused to shareholders.
