The Board of Jelf Group plc, announces that Michael King, Deputy Chairman, has today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 208p and 10,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 219.5p for his Small Self Administered Scheme.
Following this transaction, Michael King is now interested in 1,500,008 ordinary shares, representing approximately 5.87 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
