The Board of Jelf Group plc announces that Chris Jelf, chairman, has today purchased 34,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 233.6p. Alex Alway, group chief executive, has purchased 4,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 224.5p.
Following this transaction, Chris Jelf is now interested in 1,960,151 ordinary shares, representing approximately 7.66 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital. Alex Alway is now interested in 1,084,800 ordinary shares, representing approximately 4.24 per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
