Director/PDMR Shareholding

Pursuant to the announcement made on 17 September 2007 regarding the shareholding of Michael King, Deputy Chairman, the Company has today been informed that his purchase of 20,000 Ordinary Shares made on that day will now be registered in Mr King's personal name, as opposed to that of his Small Self Administered Scheme as previously disclosed.
There is no change to Mr King's ultimate beneficial holding.
