Jelf Group announces that its Report and Accounts for the year ended 30 September 2007, incorporating a Notice of AGM, were dispatched to shareholders on Friday 29 February 2008.
As referred to in the Notice of AGM PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP have been appointed, subject to shareholder approval, as the Group's auditors with effect from the AGM on 25 March 2008.
