The Board of Jelf Group plc announces that Philip Barton has been assigned 2,842 shares in the Jelf Group plc Employee Benefit Trust (“EBT”).
Following this transaction, Philip Barton is now interested in 311,335 ordinary shares and 6,401 shares awarded by the EBT not yet vested, representing 317,736 shares in total, approximately 0.6% per cent of the Company's total issued share capital.
