Jelf Group plc, an independent full-service brokerage that supports businesses and related individuals, is pleased to announce that further to the announcement made on 2 April 2008 in relation to the acquisition of Argyll, it exercised its option over the remaining 31.24% of the issued share capital of Argyll on 7 April 2008. Jelf has subsequently acquired the entire issued share capital of Argyll.
