On 12 February 2008, the Company was notified by 3i Quoted Private Equity Limited ("3i QPE") that on 11 February 2008 3i QPE acquired ordinary shares that resulted in a total holding of 1,662,998 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 6.01% of the Company's issued share capital. The Company was also notified on the same day that Unicorn Asset Management Limited no longer had a notifiable interest in Ordinary Shares.
