Holding(s) in Company

On 21 May 2008, the Company was notified by Allianz Insurance Plc ("Allianz") that on 20 May 2008, Allianz were interested in a total holding of 2,600,800 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company representing 5.2% of the Company's issued share capital.
The Company also received notification on 20 May 2008 from Artemis Investment Management Limited ("Artemis") that, as at 19 May 2008, Artemis no longer had a notifiable interest in the Company.
