Jelf Group plc, an independent full-service brokerage that supports businesses and related individuals, is pleased to announce the appointment of Bruce Carnegie-Brown with immediate effect. As announced on 29 January, 2008, Michael King has now resigned from the Board but will remain actively involved in the Company going forward.
Bruce Carnegie-Brown joins the Jelf Board as a Non-Executive Director further to today's completion of the subscription by 3i Quoted Private Equity Limited ("QPE"). Bruce is Managing Partner of 3i Investments plc, the investment adviser of QPE, and a member of the 3i Group plc Management Committee. He joined 3i in January, 2007 after three years at Marsh & McLennan, where he was Chief Executive Officer of Marsh Limited and head of Marsh's European and Middle Eastern operations.
