On 26 February 2008, the Company was notified by 3i Quoted Private Equity Limited ("3i QPE") and Artemis Investment Management Limited ("Artemis") that on 26 February 2008, 3i QPE were interested in a total holding of 13,898,282 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") representing 27.91% of the Company's issued share capital and Artemis were interested in a total holding of 1,857,000 Ordinary Shares representing 3.73% of the Company's issued share capital.
