On 30 April 2009, the Company received notification that, with effect from 28 April 2009, following the sale of 3i Quoted Private Equity plc to 3i Group plc, 3i Group plc's interest in voting rights is 13,898,282 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares"), representing 27.91% of the Company's issued share capital. Pursuant to this sale 3i Quoted Private Equity plc no longer has an interest in Ordinary Shares.
