The Company was informed on 2 July 2010 that on 1 July 2010, Capital Z Partners III, L.P., acquired 3,000,000 of the Company's ordinary shares. Following this transaction Capital Z Partners III, L.P. has voting interests in 28.9% of the Company's voting share capital.
